​We house 4 industrial size woks that can produce 20,000+ LBs per shift. Our 30 feet continuous fry line can churn out 20,000+ LBs per shift. 7 Kettles that can produce 10,000+ LBs per shift. An automated rice maker that can produce 15,000+ LBs of rice per shift.
Packing
​Our 50 feet freezer tunnel will seal the flavor of any food items at IQF state. Our automated tray pack line can pack up to 20,000+ tray meals per shift.
